Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Our t-shirts are printed to order and are processed once an order is placed through our website. Generally they are shipped within a few days of ordering but this will change depending on demand. If your order is taking longer than usual to be produced, we will let you know.
Once an order is processed the shipping times vary by each state and country. The estimated shipping times and flat rate prices are below;
Australia:
Standard Shipping (2-7 business days) = $10
- Free over $80
Express Shipping (1-3+ business day) = $15
New Zealand:
Standard Shipping = $12 NZD
- Free over $100 NZD
At the moment, we only ship physical products within Australia and New Zealand. Our digital prints are available in Australia, NZ and some parts of Europe.
During the holiday season, please allow up to 7 extra business days for dispatch, shipping and transit times. We are working as hard as we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience and support during this time and wish all of our customers safe and happy holidays. Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
Once the product has been shipped from our warehouse, the customer is responsible for any late or missing shipment. The customer will need to contact Australia Post if the shipment has passed the estimated shipping date. With that said, we will do everything we can to assist in these rare and unfortunate circumstances.
